Creative Living Property didn’t start as an interior design company. We started as serviced accommodation operators.

After years of furnishing, operating and improving our own accommodation, CLP Staging grew from something we were doing for ourselves into a specialist staging service for other landlords, investors and operators.

We understand a staged property has to do more than look good on installation day.

It needs to photograph well, work for the target guest, stand up to repeated stays, be practical for cleaning and maintenance, and make sensible use of the client’s investment.

Because we operate serviced accommodation ourselves, those considerations influence the way we design, specify and deliver every CLP project.

Behind every install

A staging operation,
not just a design service.

Behind every finished property is the less glamorous part of staging that makes the project happen.

Products need to be specified, sourced, received, organised and prepared before an installation team arrives on site. CLP is developing its own staging stock, warehouse operation and installation process so projects can be delivered in a more controlled and repeatable way.

From the warehouse to the final styling, we remain involved in the physical delivery of the project.

From property to guest-ready.

The finished photographs are only the end of the process.

Before that comes preparation, deliveries, furniture assembly, installation, lighting, dressing and the dozens of practical decisions needed to bring a property together.

The transformation is what matters.

Our role is to take the property from where it is today to a professionally staged, guest-ready space, without the client having to coordinate every supplier, delivery and installation themselves.
